Foshan Nanhai Dejian Metals Co., Ltd., founded in 1989, is located in Hexi Industrial Zone, Yanbu, Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, namely the economy developed Pearl River Delta. It covers an area of 20000 Square metre and has about 500 employees, is a comprehensive professional manufacturer integrating manufacture of cold pressed metal molds, machining of cold pressed parts, screen stencil machining, soaking and coating, has powerful capacity in cold pressing and metal molds production. With a huge investment, we introduced from China and abroad up-to-date production equipment such as high-speed punches, CNC punches, CNC bending machines, large-size presses and oil hydraulic presses, as well as Japanese coating line which is equipped with YZ28-400T, YC24-350T ( of widened workbench) , YZ28G-200JD and YD65-150T oil hydraulic presses; J36-160T, J36-250T, J31-315T pneumatic punches; J23-160, J23-125T, J23-100T, J23-80, J23-60 and 40T presses; diacytic-type precise presses; suspension-type, pneumatic, long-arm and electron communication shot welders, and so on. We have a team of highly competent and experienced employees in molds design, making, pressing technology and management, have formed a relatively large molds production capacity and become a customer recognized leading molds and metal parts manufacturer. We passed ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification in November 2000, have become a designated metal parts and accessories supplier of Guangzhou Panasonic, Nanhai Automotive Factory of Beijing Futian, China Snow Boxes, Midea Electric Appliances, Mitsubishi Electric, Gree Air Conditioning, TCL and so on thanks to our excellent products and optimal service. | ||
